Terms of purchase

Any claim or dispute should be lodged by e-mail to hello@whitehallstudios.co.uk within 14 days of despatch of your photos.

In the event that you are asked to return a package to Whitehall Studios, please retain proof of the item being sent as well as the date of return.

If you have purchased a digital copy of the image(s), we are unable to refund your purchase.

Delivery is applied to UK addresses only. For delivery outside of the UK, please contact our support team prior to placing an order. Any orders created with non-UK delivery addresses will be refunded without prior notification.
