Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Payment
All products must be paid for in advance of dispatch. Payments can be made using credit or debit card. All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling and include VAT; prices are subject to change without notice.
Print Dimensions
All sizes are quoted in inches and are approximate.
Presentation Mounts
Colour and design may vary and are supplied only where indicated.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders that are being delivered to home within 10 working days. All orders with delivery to school selected will be dispatched within 10 working days of the deadline date.
Packages can still be classed as in transit up to 14 days from the date that it has been dispatched. Therefore if you have not received your order, please wait 14 days from the date that you are notified of dispatch before contacting us.
If 14 days have passed then please contact us either by email on hello@whitehallstudios.co.uk or call 02890 184 096 and we will then be happy to help trace your lost or delayed order. We will always endeavour to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.
For delivery outside of the UK, please contact our support team prior to placing an order. Any orders created with non-UK delivery addresses will be refunded without prior notification.
Cancelling an order
As our photography products are bespoke and each order is custom made, orders can only be cancelled within 24hours of being placed. Orders for digital download products cannot be cancelled once the download has been sent.
Returning products
All orders placed by you that contain an image, will be individually printed for you. Therefore it is not possible to return an order or claim a refund if you have made an error. Orders for digital download products cannot be refunded once the download has been sent.
For all other products, customers have 14 days to return any unwanted goods. Please return the item to Whitehall Studios, 393, Holywood Road, Belfast, BT4 2LS via recorded delivery at your own cost. You must include a copy of your invoice and note why you are returning the goods. Unwanted items may incur a handling charge.
Faulty goods MUST BE returned within 14 days, please contact us either by email on hello@whitehallstudios.co.uk or call 02890 184 096. As soon as we receive the item/s and they have been checked, we will either refund your card or send a replacement. We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Complaints
Complaints must be made directly to Whitehall Studios within 3 working days of receipt of goods. All complaints should be sent via email to; hello@whitehallstudios.co.uk and we will endeavour to resolve any issues at the earliest convenience.
Personal information
Whitehall Studios will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you either as an individual or your personal usage of the site without your consent or unless required to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences in connection with your order.
Whitehall Studios undertakes to use commercially reasonable endeavours to prevent breaches of security of the Service (including the credit card details provided by you when you submit an order for any Products), and to use reasonable endeavours to ensure that any Stanley Baker Studios Ltd suppliers, subcontractors or agents comply with this Clause.
We are fully compliant with all aspects of GDPR and hold all data in accordance with this, please refer to our privacy policy for more details.
Privacy
Personal data provided to Whitehall Studios through this website or by other means, will only be used in accordance with our Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by this reference.
If your use of our Services requires us to process personally identifiable information (“PII” or “Personal Data”) as your data processor, we shall only do so in accordance with the data controller’s instructions and the Data Processing Agreement. This agreement is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions.
Copyright
You acknowledge and accept that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in any part of the Service or any material supplied as part of the Service belongs to Whitehall Studios. You agree not to remove any copyright, trademark or any other intellectual property notices contained in the original material and/or from any Products purchased through the service.
Personal Use
You confirm that all pictures purchased from Whitehall Studios are purchased strictly for your own personal use. If you wish to use any picture within the system for any other purpose, you agree to contact Whitehall Studios to negotiate terms.
